So your diet is most powerful key to gain your weight or loss your weight. I am totally disagree with if person say I’m on diet and eat only one time in a day. To loss your weight you do not need to eat low calorie foods, low card and fat foods. You can loss weight eating your favorite’s foods. 

Second reason is technology. Yes sounds crazy.  Technology makes us lazier than ever before. We are spending our most of time on computer, games etc. Example kids prefer to play pay station, Xbox and computer games at home rather than any outdoor games. So they do less activity and burn little calories in a day. Same thing Adults spend their time to setting in front of computer and TV.

I mean not to say that don’t use too much. But you should spend less than 30 minutes to do some exercises which help to burn your extra calories. You don’t need to go gym if you don’t have time or money. There are so many effective weight loss exercises you can perform in home.

Third reason is you are blindly following to TV and internet commercials. You never think before buy whatever they are claiming to lose weight. They are showing you wrong dreams to loss weight in overnight by using pills or supplements. There are no pills and supplements in the world that help you to loss weight in overnight but that’s true to help you lose your money in overnight. These are marketing tricks to making money from you. Please don’t pay your valuable money behind fraud products in this bad economy time.


How to lose weight? 

To lose weight fast most important thing is you should have positive mental attitude.Losing weight is not much complicated as you are thinking. Proper guidance can only help you. Here are some tips you can follow.

 1> Do regular exercise. At least try to do intense workout 3-4 days / week. Only exercises can help to fire up metabolism and burn fat. Resistance training exercise helps you to add more lean muscle to your body. Lean muscle is kind of fat burning machine so when you add more lean muscle to your body you are going to put your body under fat burning machine.  2> Don’t cut your calories. Add up your daily calories. If you eat few more calories a day that help you loss weight fast. For example if you eat 600 fewer calories a day, you can expect lose a pound week which is considered fast weight loss. If you cut out 300 calories a day, you will lose two pounds a month. Men typically need to eat from 1,600 to 1,800 calories to lose weight; women need 1,400 to 1,600. If you want to lose weight at a faster or slower rate, you can adjust your calories.

 3> Choosing foods and patter to eat you meals are most important key to add up more calories.Everything you eat and drink, think about whether it will help or hurt to your health. Try to eat natural foods or foods which have fewer ingredients.  Eat enough Fibers, vitamins, carbohydrates, protein thru your meals. 

 4> Make sure you get enough sleep every night. 7-8 hours sleep is best. If you are not getting 7-8 hours sleep, you are creating metabolic environment that help to store more body fat. Try to stay away from getting stressed and drink at least 7-8 glasses of water a day.
