There are so many Weight loss myths and programs out there  that give you wrong information on how to lose weight. Following myths are never work.   


Fact: Counting calories is important.

Counting calories is most important key in order to lose weight. Don’t underestimate your calories. To get better result write down what you eat , the corresponding calories and physical activity.

Calories are calorie whether it’s fat, sugar or protein. Some foods have more calories that other. That means more calories per ounce. Protein and carbohydrate have same calorie per ounce and fat has twice as many, so fatty food add up more calories. But you should not stop to eat fat. Fat is part of our cell structure and out body needs a small amount of it to function.


Fact: Fats require to increasing sense of fullness.

Fat help to keeps you fuller longer because only fat stops your stomach from emptying out quickly. If you  stop to eat fat, you will become hungry more often.


Fact: Carbohydrate is part of balance diet.

Carbohydrate never makes you fat. Eating less carbohydrate than require a day can lead to create ketones in your blood. Creating ketones in your blood can cause your body to produce high level of uric acid which is risk for kidney stones and pregnant women


Fact:  Eat when you are hungry in the morning

Eating breakfast is good habit. But you do not need to take it immediately after wake up. You don’t have to jump start your metabolism. Take it few hours after wake up. Make sure you have breakfast every day otherwise you will be too hungry at launch time and you may be overeat.


Fact:  Do not need to stay away from sweets

Food is enjoyable for so many people. It is OK to eat only small portion of dessert. Make your diet good so that you can have small dessert after dinner and launch. Keep in mind large amount of dessert make you fatter than you never thought.


Fact: there is no time for calories.

Eating at night is not important but important is how much calories you consume. If you hungry at night and eat small meal, it will not spoil your diet. Make your diet well structure so you can save few calories to eat night.


Fact:  Snacks have calories.

Snack does not enemy. Again I am telling you only calories are the key that gain your weight. Before eat snack you should have knowledge how much calorie you are going to take it. If you like to eat snack, make sure do not have it in between large meals. You should eat low calories snack with meal or in between meals.


Fact: No foods can burn fat fast.

Research shows that foods with caffeine may speed up your metabolism for short time but they do not cause weight loss.


Fact: Lose fat uniformly throughout our body

The Fat is on your body, it belongs to your whole body. When you start to lose pounds and head back to a healthy weight, your body will take decision where on your body the fat disappears from.


Fact: Only Intense weight lifting training combined with certain genetic background help

Yeah lifting weight is good to build muscle and muscle burn more calories than fat. But lifting is not good for person who has extra weight. To reduce more weight try to do some intensive training or full body workout training. Combination of full body workout training burn more calories than traditional workout burn and you don’t have to do 7 days a week. Only 3-4 days a week is more than enough.


Fact: Regular cardio burn fewer calories compare to high intensive interval cardio training.

Intensive cardio is combination of sprint and jogging for 10 -15 minutes. Research shows that body will spend the rest of the day expending energy to recover after performed High intensive interval cardio. This is referred as EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) and it means you will be burn up to nine times more fat.


 Fact: need to weigh yourself to keep your weight in check

You should regular weigh yourself to check your progress. You should make a record to all of your weigh. It is good thing to maintain positive attitude. Sometime you may not have noticed that you lost two or three pounds the other week
